How many pros will contact me?
Up to 3. Your job is matched with at most 3 local pros who do that work in the property's area. If one pro holds exclusivity for that service in your area, they are the only match — and a few services in our core counties are handled by a single designated company, so those jobs go to that company only.
What kinds of jobs qualify?
Pre-listing repairs and spruce-ups, inspection-response fixes, work a buyer or seller needs done, and rental turnovers between tenants — one-off repairs, emergency work, and ongoing client needs.
