Questions
How it works — Q&A
The details contractors and homeowners ask about most.
How are leads generated?
Through search marketing and content built around the services homeowners urgently need — testing, remediation, and cleanup. Homeowners submit a request describing their problem, their property, and their location.
Are requests shared with other companies?
A request may be matched with a small number of pros who offer that service in that area — never posted to an open marketplace or sold to unlimited buyers. And where a pro holds exclusivity for a service in a ZIP code or county, they're the only company we recommend there — on the matcher and in social referrals.
What counts as a matching lead?
Two things: (1) the person fills out our form and requests your service, and (2) we place that person in contact with you. That's it. A request with an invalid phone number and an invalid email address doesn't count as a matching lead.
How fast do I receive requests?
Requests are delivered as they arrive, by the contact method you choose at setup, so you can respond while the homeowner's need is urgent.
Can I pause or stop?
Anytime. Pausing stops referrals until you resume. Plans are month to month — there is no contract locking you in.
