How keywords work: you may enter up to 25 keywords, and only your top keywords are used — up to your plan (5 on Starter, 10 on Plus, 25 on Pro) — in the order you list them. Keywords match whole words only: "plumber" and "plumbing" are separate keywords, and "plumb" matches neither. Keywords are letters and spaces only — no special characters.
Service radius: every plan includes a 30-mile radius around your center ZIP — go bigger with a 50-mile radius for +$20/month.
Included with every plan: Google review collection — after every job, we follow up with your customer and send them your Google review link (just add your Google review link when you apply).
Lead volume varies. We monitor Facebook, Nextdoor, Reddit, and Craigslist for people requesting services that match your keywords, but how many leads you receive depends entirely on consumer requests in your area — some weeks bring many, and some bring none. Nail the Match does not guarantee any number of leads, jobs, or results. Once a lead is provided to you, winning and closing the job is up to you: we bring the leads, you nail the job.

What counts as a matching lead?
No fine print, no judgment calls. A lead counts as a matching lead when both of these are true:

The person fills out our form and requests your service.
We place them in contact with you
We place that person in contact with you — that's a matching lead, and it's what your plan and the 30-Day Lead Guarantee count.
A request with an invalid phone number and an invalid email address doesn't count as a matching lead.

What are the keyword plans?

How do keywords work?

Monitoring is never an add-on: every plan includes Facebook groups and Nextdoor, and Pro also includes Reddit and Craigslist. Add-ons are billed separately from your plan fee.
What counts as a matching lead?
A matching lead is simple: (1) the person fills out our form and requests your service, and (2) we place that person in contact with you. A request with an invalid phone number and an invalid email address doesn't count as a matching lead.
How many other contractors get the same requests?
Requests are matched with a small number of pros who offer that service in that area — never an open marketplace — unless a pro holds exclusivity for the service in that ZIP or county, in which case they're the only company recommended there.
How does exclusivity work?
Pick ZIP codes at $100 a month each, or a whole county at $500 a month. For your service inside that ZIP or county, you are the only company we recommend — on the website matcher and in our social referrals (Facebook, Nextdoor, Reddit, and Craigslist). If another company already holds exclusivity for part of your area, that part stays theirs and the rest is yours.
Can I change my plan or add-ons?
Yes. Plans are month to month — move between Starter, Plus, and Pro, and add or drop add-ons, as you learn what works. There's no contract.
