What Is an Affiliate — and How to Apply?

An affiliate is someone who shares Nail the Match with contractors they know — and gets paid for it, every month. When a pro signs up through your personal referral link, or puts your name in the "Referral Name" field on their application, you earn a commission on their subscription for as long as they stay subscribed.

What You Earn

25% of the plan fee — every month, not once

This is not a one-time bounty. Your commission is 25% of the pro's monthly plan fee (see the plans), and it repeats every month for as long as they stay subscribed. Commissions are paid monthly — payment for a month is issued by the 10th of the following month. Qualifying partner organizations earn 50% — the partner tier is approved case by case; the standard affiliate rate is 25%.

How It Works

Three steps

1

Apply below

Fill out the short application on this page. It takes a minute — your name, your email, and (if you like) who you're thinking of sharing with.

2

Get your personal link

We email you your personal referral link — nailthematch.com/?ref=your-name. That's how signups get credited to you automatically.

3

Share it with contractors

Pass your link to the pros you know. When one subscribes, your commission accrues — and payment for each month is issued by the 10th of the following month.

Become an affiliate

Know contractors who could use more jobs? Chambers, trade groups, suppliers, bookkeepers, realtors — anyone who talks to pros is a natural fit. If a pro doesn't use your link, they can still name you in the "Referral Name" field on the pro application and you'll get the credit.

How credit is tracked, plainly: commissions are tracked per referral and cross-checked against the pro's Referral Name entry and the referral link they arrived through. If no referral name or link is attached to a signup, no commission can be assigned — so share your link, and remind the pros you send us to name you. There is no cost to join, and there are no quotas.

No cost to join and no quotas. By applying, you agree to be contacted about the affiliate program. Your information is never sold.

The fine print

Affiliates are independent referrers — not employees of Nail the Match. The affiliate program is not an offer of employment, and taking part in it creates no employment contract or employer–employee relationship. Affiliates are responsible for claiming and reporting any income they earn through the program, and for payment of all taxes on that income. Commission payments are not guaranteed: a commission is paid to an affiliate for each month that a company they referred is an active member of Nail the Match — and if that company cancels, commissions for that referral stop. Commissions earned in a month are issued by the 10th of the following month.
